So, I lost the 2 pounds I had gained, but it looks like I gained 3 back in the past week now! wtf? I think part of it is my period but dang it's annoying. So, I need to get strict again!
Weight 113.5 lbs.
Coffee with creamer 1 pt.
ww yogurt 1 pt.
8 BBQ soy crisps 1 pt.
1/3piece choco cake 3 pts.
ww ziti meal 6 pts
sesame chicken and rice 8 pts.
granola bar 3 pts.
